Patients who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status =< (patients who are wheelchair bound because of paralysis secondary to a plexiform neurofibroma should be considered ambulatory when they are up in their wheelchair; similarly, patients with limited mobility secondary to need for mechanical support (such as an airway PN requiring tracheostomy or continuous positive airway pressure [CPAP] will also be considered ambulatory for the purpose of the study)
Patients must have a Lansky performance status score of >= or a Karnofsky score of >= for patients >= years of age; Note: Patients who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
Patient must have a Karnofsky performance status or Lansky* play status >= \r\n* For purpose of determining performance scores, wheelchair-bound patients will be considered ambulatory
Karnofsky or Lansky performance score is ? % (corresponding to Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group [ECOG] score of ? ); the Lansky performance score should be used for participants < years and the Karnofsky performance score for participants ? years; patients who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
STRATUM A: Participants must have a Lansky (=< years) or Karnofsky (> years) score of at least at the time of study enrollment; patients who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
STRATUM B: Participants must have a Lansky (=< years) or Karnofsky (> years) score of at least at the time of study enrollment; patients who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
STRATUM C: Participants must have a Lansky (=< years) or Karnofsky (> years) score of at least at the time of study enrollment; patients who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
Subjects must have a Lansky performance status score of >= or a Karnofsky score of >= for subjects >= years of age; Note: Subjects who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
There must be evidence of progression on or after last treatment regimen received. NOTE: If subject is unable to walk due to paralysis, but is mobile in a wheelchair, subject is considered to be ambulatory for the purpose of assessing their performance status.
Subjects must have a Lansky performance status score of >= or a Karnofsky score of >= for subjects >= years of age; Note: subjects who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
Patients must have a Lansky performance status score of >= , or a Karnofsky score of >= for patients >= years of age; Note: Patients who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
Subjects must have Karnofsky >= %; Note: subjects who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
PART GROUP INCLUSION CRITERIA: Performance status:\r\n* Karnofsky score >= for subjects > years of age\r\n* Lansky score >= for subjects =< years of age\r\n* Note: subjects who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are mobile in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
PART GROUP A INCLUSION CRITERIA: Performance status:\r\n* Karnofsky score >= for subjects > years of age\r\n* Lansky score >= for subjects =< years of age\r\n* Note: subjects who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are mobile in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
Patient must have a Lansky performance status score of >= ; Note: patients who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
Patients must have a performance status of , or (Appendix I). Patients who are unable to walk because of paralysis or tumor pain, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
Lansky/Karnofsky >= (Lansky for subjects - years; Karnofsky for subjects - years); subjects who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
Performance status: Karnofsky >= % for patients > years of age and Lansky >= % for patients =< years of age; subjects who are wheelchair bound because of paralysis will be considered ambulatory when they are up in their wheelchair; subjects have to be able to travel to the NIH for evaluations
Patients should have a Karnofsky/Lansky score of greater than or equal to ; patients who require special assistance due to tumor-related paralysis, but who are out of bed during the day will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of calculating the performance score; patients must be able to communicate any symptoms
Karnofsky or Lansky performance status (PS): performance status of >= assessed within two weeks prior to registration; neurological deficits in patients must have been relatively stable for a minimum of week prior to study enrollment; patients who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score
