Current evidence of cardiac ischemia
Grade  or higher peripheral ischemia [brief (<  hours) episode of ischemia managed non-surgically and without permanent deficit].
Symptomatic peripheral ischemia.
Presence of known or suspected ongoing ischemia of non-tumor tissues including
Evidence of ischemia or myocardial infarction within the past  months, or any significant abnormality on ECG.
Electrocardiogram without evidence of acute cardiac ischemia
Electrocardiogram without evidence of acute cardiac ischemia within  days prior to study registration
symptomatic ischemia
History of congestive heart failure, symptomatic ischemia, conduction abnormalities uncontrolled by conventional intervention, or myocardial infarction
Symptomatic ischemia, or
Electrocardiography (EKG) without evidence of ischemia or significant arrhythmia
Electrocardiogram without evidence of acute cardiac ischemia <=  days prior to randomization.

Participants with a recent history (<  months) of a major infarct including but not inclusive to bowel ischemia, cerebral vascular accident, transient ischemic attack, myocardial infarction, limb ischemia, or skin necrosis
