Requirement for chronic parenteral hydration/nutrition

Gastrointestinal disorders that may interfere with absorption of oral agents, such as malabsorption syndromes; additionally, patients requiring drainage gastrostomy (e.g. percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy [PEG] tube) and/or parenteral hydration and/or nutrition support are not eligible
Patients with clinical symptoms or signs of gastrointestinal obstruction and who require parenteral hydration or nutrition
Patients who require parenteral hydration or nutrition and have evidence of partial bowel obstruction or perforation
Require parenteral nutrition
Patients with clinical symptoms or signs of gastrointestinal obstruction and who require parenteral hydration and/or nutrition.

Patients requiring drainage gastrostomy (e.g., drainage percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy [PEG] tube) and/or parenteral hydration and/or nutrition
Patients with clinical symptoms or signs of gastrointestinal obstruction, require parenteral hydration or nutrition, require a drainage gastrostomy tube, and/or have any other impairment that limits their ability to take oral medication
Subject has clinical symptoms or signs of partial or complete gastrointestinal obstruction or who require parenteral hydration and/or nutrition (For cohort only)
Patients with clinical symptoms or signs of gastrointestinal obstruction and who require parenteral hydration and/or nutrition.
History of intestinal obstruction and/or clinical signs or symptoms of GI obstruction including sub-occlusive disease related to the underlying disease or a requirement for routine parenteral hydration, parenteral nutrition, or tube feeding within months prior to Day of Cycle
Subject who requires parenteral nutrition, tube feeding or has evidence of partial bowel obstruction or perforation within days prior to study drug administration.
Patients with signs or symptoms of gastrointestinal obstruction including those receiving total parenteral nutrition (TPN), intravenous hydration or tube feeds
Clinical signs or symptoms of active GI obstruction or requirement of routine parenteral nutrition or tube feedings
Requirement for enteral or parenteral nutrition at time of diagnosis
Patients with clinical symptoms or signs of gastrointestinal obstruction and/ or those who require parenteral hydration and/or nutrition; patients with history or current diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease are not eligible
Requirement at baseline for parenteral or gastrointestinal tube-delivered nutrition for any reason
Clinical signs or symptoms of GI obstruction or requirement for routine parenteral hydration, parenteral nutrition, or tube feeding
