Evaluation

This folder contains the code used for generating the various plots, tables, and statistical tests for the results of our experiments.

For a more comprehensive understanding of how the visualizations were generated to interpret the impact of the active learning process on the RF and Clinical BERT methods, please refer to the notebooks.
