When she was seen by us at the age of 6 months, she presented a 4 cm pedunculated mass, which involved the nasoorbital sulcus and nasal dorsum, the child had acquired the habit of looking at the lesion and presented strabismus.
Five days later, treatment was started with injections of Betamethasone 4 mg intralesional, and after four sessions at four-week intervals, the fibrous haemangioma was excised using a supraciliary incision.
The postoperative evolution was satisfactory.
