+Intravenous urography confirmed the ultrasound finding of a repletion defect in the right lateral area, as well as the C.A.T. study.

+Cystoscopy showed a raised area with no mucosal alteration at that level.
+Transurethral resection was performed, confirming the finding of bladder leiomyoma.

+The postoperative evolution was satisfactory, as was the follow-up in outpatient clinics with annual endoscopic studies.
