Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) of at least 50 ml/min; the Cockcroft Gault formula will be utilized to determine eGFR when blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine testing are performed at baseline. The combination of eGFR serum creatinine and BUN will be used to evaluate patient's renal function for safety assurance.

Severe renal function impairment (estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] < 45 mL/min/1.73 m^2) would make the patient inappropriate for enrollment due to the increased risk of nephrogenic systemic fibrosis (NSF) with higher dose of IV gadolinium-based contrast agents (GBCA) administration
Subjects with estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) =< 30 mL/min/1.73 m^2 will not participate in the gadolinium (Gd) contrast-enhanced MRI
