Current evidence of cardiac ischemia
Grade 2 or higher peripheral ischemia [brief (< 24 hours) episode of ischemia managed non-surgically and without permanent deficit].
Symptomatic peripheral ischemia.
Presence of known or suspected ongoing ischemia of non-tumor tissues including
Cardiac stress test within past 6 months without evidence of reversible ischemia
Evidence of ischemia or myocardial infarction within the past 6 months, or any significant abnormality on ECG.
Electrocardiogram without evidence of acute cardiac ischemia
Electrocardiogram without evidence of acute cardiac ischemia within 14 days prior to study registration
symptomatic ischemia
Symptomatic ischemia, or
Current signs or symptoms of heart failure (HF) or ischemia
Electrocardiography (EKG) without evidence of ischemia or significant arrhythmia
Electrocardiogram without evidence of acute cardiac ischemia <= 21 days prior to randomization.
Symptomatic peripheral ischemia
Electrocardiography (ECG) without evidence of clinically significant arrhythmia or ischemia.
CTEP CTCAE version 4.0, grade 2 or higher peripheral ischemia (brief [< 24 hours (hrs)] episode of ischemia managed non-surgically and without permanent deficit)
Symptomatic ischemia or myocardial infarction within the previous 6 mo
ECG without evidence of clinically significant arrhythmia or ischemia.
ECG without evidence of clinically significant arrhythmia or ischemia
History of cerebrovascular or myocardial ischemia within 6 months of initiation
Symptomatic peripheral ischemia.
No active ischemia by electrocardiography (ECG) or clinical symptoms
Grade 2 or higher peripheral ischemia, except for brief (< 24 hrs) episodes of ischemia managed non-surgically and without permanent deficit.
ECG evidence of acute ischemia or active conduction system abnormalities with the exception of any of the following:
Myocardial infarction within the past 6 months, unstable and/or symptomatic arrhythmia, or evidence of ischemia on ECG.
Participants with a recent history (< 6 months) of a major infarct including but not inclusive to bowel ischemia, cerebral vascular accident, transient ischemic attack, myocardial infarction, limb ischemia, or skin necrosis
Patients with myocardial ischemia or peripheral muscle ischemia
All patients must have a stress test within 6 months of starting treatment showing no evidence of cardiac ischemia
Patients with myocardial ischemia or peripheral muscle ischemia
Patients with myocardial ischemia or peripheral muscle ischemia
History of significant tachyarrhythmia, severe angina, or myocardial ischemia
Symptomatic ischemia, or
Patients with myocardial ischemia or peripheral muscle ischemia
