Unstable angina pectoris or acute myocardial infarction =< 3 months prior to starting study drug
Unstable angina pectoris or acute myocardial infarction =< 3 months prior to starting study drug
Have active angina pectoris or recent myocardial infarction (within 6 months).
Acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris < 6 months prior to Screening
Any active angina or any unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within one year of study entry
Angina pectoris =< 12 months prior to starting drug

Significant cardiac dysfunction; myocardial infarction within 12 months; unstable, poorly controlled angina pectoris.

Subjects with any one of the following: 1) Congestive heart failure, 2) Myocardial infarction within 12 months prior to starting study treatment, 3) Unstable or poorly controlled angina pectoris, including Prinzmetal variant angina pectoris
Angina pectoris ? 3 months prior to dosing with study drug
Acute myocardial infarction or angina pectoris ? 3 months prior to starting study drug
History of uncontrolled angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within 6 months prior to Screening;
Previous history of angina pectoris or acute myocardial infarction (MI) within 6 months
