Major surgical procedure or significant traumatic injury within 28 days before start of study medication

Any past neurologic insult that is known to affect brain function such as traumatic brain injury, dementia, encephalopathy, etc.
Participant has a history of neurologic event (i.e. traumatic brain injury) unrelated to cancer or its treatment
History of traumatic brain injury
With history of a neurological disorder, neurodegenerative disease, or traumatic brain injury with loss of consciousness (> 60 minutes), as per medical records or patient report
Known history of cerebrovascular disease, dementia or prior non-mild traumatic brain injury
Major surgical procedure or significant traumatic injury within 6 weeks prior to study registration or not fully recovered from any such procedure
