Patients who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events (AEs) due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier
Patients must have discontinued chemotherapy, immunotherapy or other investigational agents used in the adjuvant setting >= 4 weeks prior to entering the study and recovered from adverse events due to those agents; mitomycin and nitrosoureas must have been discontinued at least 6 weeks prior to entering the study; patients must have discontinued radiation therapy >= 2 weeks prior to entering the study and recovered from any adverse events associated with treatment; prior surgery must be >= 4 weeks from registration and patients must be fully recovered from post-surgical complications
Prior Therapy:\r\n* Patients must have had no prior anthracycline (e.g., doxorubicin, daunorubicin) or ifosfamide chemotherapy\r\n* Patients must have had no prior use of pazopanib or similar multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI)\r\n* Patients must have had no prior radiotherapy to tumor-involved sites\r\n* Note: patients previously treated for a non-NRSTS cancer are eligible provided they meet the prior therapy requirements; patients who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier are excluded

Participants who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 3 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C), immunotherapy within 3 weeks, targeted therapies (e.g. small molecule inhibitors such as pazopanib) within 2 weeks prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier; not clinically significant or clinically stable adverse events from prior therapy (e.g. immunotherapy related hypothyroidism or insulin-dependent diabetes stable on medication or tyrosine kinase inhibitor [TKI]-related hypertension or rash etc.) is allowed
Participants who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 3 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from acute effects of any prior therapy to baseline or grade =< 1 except for alopecia or adverse events (AEs) not constituting a safety risk in the opinion of the investigator
Participants who have had chemotherapy, immunotherapy or radiotherapy within 2 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have >= grade 2 adverse events due to agents administered more than 2 weeks earlier
Prior treatments:\r\n* Patients who have had systemic cytotoxic therapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) or targeted therapy with small molecule inhibitors within 2 weeks prior to entering the study\r\n* Patients who have not recovered from adverse events (=< grade 1; except alopecia) due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier\r\n* Patients need to be free of adverse effects (=< grade 1; except alopecia) from prior treatments for at least 14 days from cycle 1 day 1 of PLX3397 and sirolimus
Patients who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 2 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) before entering the study or those who have not recovered from AEs to ? Grade 1 (except for peripheral neuropathy; see Exclusion Criterion 12) due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier.
Patients who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) or targeted therapies within 2 weeks prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered (=< grade 1) from adverse events due to agents administered with the exception of any grade of alopecia
Participants who have had any of the following:\r\n* Chemotherapy in the previous 2 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C)\r\n* Radiotherapy within 3 weeks\r\n* Investigational agents within 3 weeks prior to entering the study\r\n* Patients who have not recovered from significant (in the opinion of the investigator) adverse events due to previous agents administered
Participants who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier
Subjects who have had chemotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study (e.g. start of study treatment), or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier
Participants who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C), small molecule targeted therapy (i.e. – kinase inhibitors) within 3 weeks or the last dose of antibody therapy within 4 weeks prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier
Subject who has had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier

Patients who have had chemotherapy or other systemic therapy or radiotherapy or patients who have not recovered from adverse events due to prior administered agents as follows:\r\n* Chemotherapy < 4 weeks prior to entering the study\r\n* Radiotherapy < 4 weeks prior to entering the study\r\n* Nitrosoureas/mitomycin C < 6 weeks prior to entering the study\r\n* Targeted therapy < 2 weeks (or 5 half-lives, whichever is longer) prior to entering the study\r\n* Those who have not recovered from clinically significant adverse events due to prior agents administered to grade =< 1 or baseline, with exception of alopecia and peripheral neuropathy, unless approved by the protocol chair
Patients who have had chemotherapy within 4 weeks or five half-lives, whichever is shorter, (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier

Patients who have had chemotherapy/radiotherapy and/or targeted agents within 2 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier; the washout chemotherapy/radiotherapy and/or target agents for these patients will be at the investigator’s discretion.
Patients who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 3 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered (Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events [CTCAE] v4.03 grade =< 1) from adverse events due to agents administered more than 3 weeks earlier, unless those events are deemed to have returned to baseline, are\r\nirreversible, or are unlikely to develop into a life-threatening condition at the permission of the protocol chair (e.g., alopecia); hormonal therapy directed at the malignant tumor must be discontinued at least one week prior to registration
Participants who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 3 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to starting study treatment or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 3 weeks earlier

Participants who have had anti-tumor therapy or other investigational agents within 4 weeks prior to registration (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C), or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks prior to registration
Patients who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier; patients who have had targeted therapy will be required to wait 2 weeks due to short half-life of the drugs; treatment with bisphosphonates is permitted

Patients who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) of starting treatment or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier; patients may not have had hormonal therapy within 2 weeks prior to entering the study; patients receiving raloxifene for bone health as per Food and Drug Administration (FDA) indication may remain on raloxifene absent other drug interactions

Patients who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those whose adverse event due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier have not resolved or stabilized; patients who have been administered ABT-888 as part of a single or combination, phase 0 or I study, should not necessarily be excluded from participating in this study solely because of receiving prior ABT-888
Patients who have had systemic (IV) cytotoxic chemotherapy or any other investigational agents within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier; if a patient received an oral agent, treatment on study cannot commence at least five half-lives of the agent have elapsed
Participants who have had chemotherapy, targeted small molecule therapy, or radiotherapy within 2 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 2 weeks earlier
Participants who have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks (6 weeks for nitrosoureas or mitomycin C) prior to entering the study or those who have not recovered from adverse events due to agents administered more than 4 weeks earlier; in addition, no small molecule kinase inhibitors or any other type of investigational agent may have been administered within 4 weeks before first dose of study treatment
