Unstable angina.

Unstable cardiac disease, including unstable angina or unstable hypertension, or need to change medication within 6 weeks of provision of consent due to lack of disease control
Significant cardiovascular disease, within 3 months prior to randomisation, unstable arrhythmias, or unstable angina
Severe/unstable angina within the 6 months prior to study drug administration
Unstable cardiac disease, including unstable angina or unstable hypertension, as defined by the need for change in medication for lack of disease control within the last three months
Unstable angina (angina symptoms at rest), new-onset angina (begun within the last 3 months)
