ALLOGENEIC TRANSPLANTATION:
CRITERIA FOR ALLOGENEIC TRANSPLANTATION
Relapsed malignancy after transplantation
No prior allogeneic bone marrow transplant or double umbilical cord blood transplantation (dUBCT)
Patients who have undergone allogeneic stem cell transplantation
Prior organ allograft or allogeneic transplantation, if the transplanted tissue is still in place
Prior allogeneic transplantation
Patients with prior allogeneic bone marrow transplantation or prior solid organ transplantation
Patients must not have undergone prior allogeneic bone marrow transplantation or prior solid organ transplantation
Patients with prior allogeneic bone marrow transplantation, double umbilical cord blood transplantation (dUCBT) or prior solid organ transplantation
Patients with prior allogeneic bone marrow transplantation or prior solid organ transplantation
History of allogeneic organ transplantation
Previous allogenic bone marrow transplant or double umbilical cord blood transplantation (dUCBT)
Patients with prior allogeneic bone marrow transplantation or prior solid organ transplantation
Patients with prior allogeneic bone marrow transplantation or prior solid organ transplantation
