Must not have active liver or biliary disease (with the exception of Gilbert's syndrome or asymptomatic gallstones, liver metastases or otherwise stable chronic liver disease per investigator assessment). NOTE: Stable chronic liver disease should generally be defined by the absence of ascites, encephalopathy, coagulopathy, hypoalbuminaemia, oesophageal or gastric varices, persistent jaundice, or cirrhosis. No known positivity of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), or of positive hepatitis C antibody.

Chronic liver disease or current active liver or biliary disease not attributable to amyloidosis (with the exception of Gilbert's syndrome or asymptomatic gallstones). Exclusion criteria for Group

Current unstable liver or biliary disease per investigator assessment defined by the presence of ascites, encephalopathy, coagulopathy, hypoalbuminemia, esophageal or gastric varices, persistent jaundice, or cirrhosis. Stable chronic liver disease (including Gilbert's syndrome or asymptomatic gallstones) or hepatobiliary involvement of malignancy is acceptable if subject otherwise meets entry criteria.
