Histologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of the prostate as documented by a minimum  core prostate biopsy completed within -year of enrollment (note: most recent prostate biopsy must have demonstrated prostatic adenocarcinoma)
Histologically confirmed diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the prostate and most recent biopsy within  days of study enrollment
Histologically proven prostate adenocarcinoma:\r\n* Gleason score - \r\n* Biopsy within one year of date of registration
Subjects must have biopsy-confirmed adenocarcinoma of the prostate
Histologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of the prostate (biopsy within one year of enrollment)
Biopsy-confirmed adenocarcinoma of the prostate. Biopsy (minimum  cores) obtained ?  weeks and ?  months before treatment, or at the discretion of PI.
Biopsy confirmed adenocarcinoma of the prostate, performed up to  months prior to scheduled treatment.
Biopsy confirmed adenocarcinoma of the prostate within  months prior to enrollment
Prostate adenocarcinoma diagnosed by biopsy within  months prior to study registration
