Active or prior documented autoimmune disease within the past  years; NOTE: subjects with vitiligo, Graves disease, or psoriasis not requiring systemic treatment (within the past  years) are not excluded; patients with autoimmune endocrine disease adequately controlled with hormone replacement therapy are not excluded
