Subjects receiving systemic immunosuppressant therapy (e.g., cyclosporine, tacrolimus, etc.) within  days of the first dose of study drug are not eligible
Patient must not be on any other systemic immunosuppressant therapy other than corticosteroids within  days of the first dose of study drug
Concurrent systemic immunosuppressant therapy other than corticosteroids (e.g. cyclosporine A, tacrolimus, etc) within  days of the first dose of study drug
Concurrent systemic immunosuppressant therapy (e.g., cyclosporine A, tacrolimus, etc., or chronic administration of >  mg/day of prednisone) within  days of the first dose of study drug
Concurrent systemic immunosuppressant therapy (eg, cyclosporine A, tacrolimus, etc., or chronic administration [>  days] of >  mg/day of prednisone) within  days of the first dose of study drug

Patient is using systemic immunosuppressant therapy, including cyclosporine A, tacrolimus, sirolimus, and other such medications, or chronic administration of >  mg/day or prednisone or the equivalent; participants must be off of immunosuppressant therapy for at least  days prior to the first dose of the study drug
