Has an active autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment in the past  years (i.e. with use of disease modifying agents, corticosteroids or immunosuppressive drugs) or a documented history of clinically severe autoimmune disease, or a syndrome that requires systemic steroids or immunosuppressive agents.
