Patients with a history of a different malignancy are ineligible except for the following circumstances:\r\n* Individuals with a history of other malignancies are eligible if they have been disease-free for at least  years and are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy\r\n* Individuals with the following cancers are eligible if diagnosed and treated within the past  years:\r\n** Cervical cancer in situ\r\n** Basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin
Individuals with a history of a different malignancy are ineligible except for the following circumstances; individuals with a history of other malignancies are eligible if they have been disease free for at least  years and are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy; individuals with the following cancers are eligible if diagnosed and treated within the past  years: cervical cancer in situ, prostate cancer in situ, and basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin
Individuals with a history of a different malignancy are ineligible except for the following circumstances; individuals with a history of other malignancies are eligible if they have been disease-free for at least  years and are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy; individuals with the following cancers are eligible if diagnosed and treated within the past  years: ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast, cervical cancer in situ, and basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin
Patients with a history of a different malignancy are ineligible except for the following circumstances: if they have been disease-free for at least  years and are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy; patients with treated cervical cancer in situ, and basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin; patients will not be eligible if they have evidence of other malignancy requiring therapy other than surgery within the last  years
Individuals with a history of a different malignancy are ineligible except for the following circumstances; individuals with a history of other malignancies are eligible if they have been disease-free for at least  years and are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy; individuals with the following cancers are eligible if diagnosed and treated within the past  years: non-invasive cancer (such as, any in situ cancers), and basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin
Individuals with a history of a different malignancy are ineligible except for the following circumstances: individuals with a history of other malignancies are eligible if they have been disease-free for at least  years and are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy
Individuals with a history of other malignancies are ineligible unless they:\r\n* Have been disease-free for at least  years or are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence or progression of that malignancy\r\n* Have the following cancers if diagnosed and treated within the past  years: cervical cancer in situ and basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin
Individuals with a history of a different malignancy are ineligible except for the following circumstances; individuals with a history of other malignancies are eligible if they have been disease-free for at least  years and are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy; individuals with the following cancers are eligible if diagnosed and treated within the past  years: cervical cancer in situ, ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), stage I prostate cancer, and basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin
Individuals with a history of a different malignancy are ineligible except for the following circumstances; individuals with a history of other malignancies are eligible if they have been disease-free for at least  years and are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy; individuals with the following cancers are eligible if diagnosed and treated within the past  years: cervical cancer in situ, and basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin
Individuals with a history of a different malignancy are ineligible except for the following circumstances; individuals with a history of other malignancies are eligible if they were treated with curative intent, are currently disease-free and have an estimated risk of recurrence less than % at the time of study entry. Individuals with the following cancers are eligible if diagnosed and treated within the past  years: cervical cancer in situ, and basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin
History of a different malignancy except for the following circumstances:\r\n* Disease?free for at least five years and deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy (<  %)\r\n* Cervical cancer in situ and basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin
Individuals with a history of other malignancies are eligible only if they have been disease-free for at least  years and are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy; individuals with the following cancers are eligible if diagnosed and treated within the preceding  years: cervical cancer in situ, and basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin
Individuals with a history of a second malignancy are ineligible except for the following circumstances; individuals with a history of other malignancies are eligible if they have been disease-free for at least  years and are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy; individuals with the following cancers are eligible if diagnosed and treated within the past  years: cervical cancer in situ, and non-melanoma cancer of the skin; patients with other cancers diagnosed within the past  years and felt to be at low risk of recurrence should be discussed with the study sponsor to determine eligibility
Individuals with a history of a different malignancy are ineligible except for the following circumstances: individuals with a history of other malignancies are eligible if they have been disease-free for at least  years or if they are deemed by the investigator to be at low risk for recurrence of that malignancy; individuals with the following cancers are eligible if diagnosed and treated within the past  years: breast cancer in situ, cervical cancer in situ, and basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin
