Patients who exhibit any other serious concurrent infection or other medical illness which would jeopardize their ability to receive the therapy outlined in this protocol with reasonable safety will NOT be eligible for participation

No serious concurrent medical illness or active infection which would jeopardize the ability of the patient to receive the treatment outlined in this protocol

Concurrent illness, including severe infection that might jeopardize the ability of the patient to undergo the procedures outlined in this protocol with reasonable safety a. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)-infection is not an exclusion criterion if it is controlled with anti-retroviral drugs that are unaffected by concomitant enzalutamide.

Uncontrolled inter-current illness including, but not limited to ongoing or active infection requiring intravenous antibiotics, ongoing immunosuppressive therapy (except for replacement steroids), active human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, that might jeopardize the ability of the patient to receive the chemotherapy program outlined in this protocol with reasonable safety
