Documented History of Alcoholism and or drug abuse Active illicit drug use or diagnosis of alcoholism. Active illicit drug use or diagnosis of alcoholism Known to have recent history of drug abuse or alcoholism. Currently being treated for smoking cessation, alcoholism, or illicit drug use Patient with a known diagnosis of ongoing alcoholism/alcohol abuse Active drug use or alcoholism History of alcoholism, drug addiction, or any psychiatric or psychological condition which, in the opinion of the investigator, would impair study compliance Patients who have a history of noninfectious (toxic, autoimmune) hepatitis or alcoholism Patients with a history of pancreatitis, cholelithiasis, alcoholism, or fasting hypertriglyceridemia (> x ULN) SUB-PROTOCOL AIM A: Patients with a history of alcoholism, drug addiction or psychotic disorders Active alcoholism or use of recreational drug (evaluated by history taking) Have a recent history of alcoholism; former alcoholics who have abstained from alcohol for years or more may be enrolled in this study History or presence of alcoholism or drug abuse within the past years Alcoholism or hepatic disease. Patients diagnosed with alcoholism may not be treated with disulfiram History of alcoholism, drug addiction, or any psychiatric or psychological condition which, in the opinion of the Investigator, would impair study compliance Active diagnosis of alcoholism Recent history (within months) of alcoholism or drug abuse History of alcoholism or other substance abuse Patients with predisposing characteristics for acute pancreatitis according to investigator judgment (e.g. current gallstone disease, alcoholism) Have a history of alcoholism Diagnosed alcoholism within the last years
