Any medical condition for which prednisone (corticosteroid) is contraindicated
Current evidence of any of the following:\r\n* Uncontrolled hypertension despite addition or adjustment of antihypertensive regimen\r\n* Gastrointestinal disorder affecting absorption\r\n* Active infection (e.g., human immunodeficiency virus [HIV] or viral hepatitis) or other medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone (corticosteroid) use contraindicated
Any chronic medical condition requiring a higher dose of corticosteroid than equivalent of mg prednisone/prednisolone once daily
Pre-existing condition that warrants long-term corticosteroid use in excess of mg prednisone/prednisolone daily. (Note: If a subject has been receiving glucocorticoids other than prednisone or prednisolone, it will be necessary to switch the glucocorticoids to prednisone or prednisolone mg twice daily prior to day )
Severe, concurrent disease, infection, or co-morbidity that, in the judgment of the investigator, would make the patient inappropriate for enrollment or other medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone (corticosteroid) use contraindicated
Active infection or other medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone (corticosteroid) use contraindicated.
Any chronic medical condition requiring a higher dose of corticosteroid than mg prednisone/ prednisolone once daily
Current evidence of any of the following:\r\n* Uncontrolled hypertension \r\n* Gastrointestinal disorder affecting absorption\r\n* Active infection (e.g. human immunodeficiency virus [HIV] or viral hepatitis) or other medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone (corticosteroid) use contraindicated\r\n* Any condition that in the opinion of the investigator, would preclude participation in this study
Active infection (requiring oral or IV antibiotics or antiviral therapy) or other medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone (corticosteroid) use contraindicated; known history of testing positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or known acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)
Current evidence of any of the following:\r\n* Uncontrolled hypertension\r\n* Gastrointestinal disorder affecting absorption\r\n* Active infection (e.g., human immunodeficiency virus [HIV] or viral hepatitis)\r\n* Any chronic medical condition requiring a dose of corticosteroid higher than mg prednisone/prednisolone once daily\r\n* Any condition that, in the opinion of the site investigator, would preclude participation in this study\r\n* Moderate or severe hepatic impairment (Child Pugh class B or C)
Active infection or other medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone (corticosteroid) use contraindicated
Any chronic medical condition requiring a higher dose of corticosteroid than mg prednisone/prednisolone bid
Active infection or other medical condition that would make prednisone use contraindicated
Active infection (e.g., human immunodeficiency virus [HIV] or viral hepatitis) or other medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone corticosteroid) use contraindicated
Significant concurrent medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone use contraindicated or would interfere with the patients ability to participate in the trial
Any chronic medical condition requiring a higher dose of corticosteroid than mg prednisone/prednisolone bid.
Medical condition that would make prednisone (corticosteroid) use contraindicated
Any chronic medical condition requiring a higher dose of corticosteroid than mg prednisone bid
Active infection or other medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone (corticosteroid) use contraindicated
Active infection or other medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone (corticosteroid) use contraindicated
Any chronic medical condition requiring a higher dose of corticosteroid than mg prednisone/prednisolone bid
Active infection or other medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone (corticosteroid) use contraindicated
Active infection or other medical condition that would make corticosteroids (i.e. dexamethasone) use contraindicated
Active infection or other medical condition that would make prednisone/prednisolone (corticosteroid) use contraindicated
Active infection (such as human immunodeficiency virus [HIV] or viral hepatitis) or other medical condition that would make corticosteroid use contraindicated
