Serious concomitant systemic disorders (e.g., active uncontrolled infection or uncontrolled diabetes) or psychiatric disorders that, in the opinion of the investigator, would compromise the safety of the patient or compromise the patient's ability to complete the study.
Has had major surgery (other than definitive lung cancer surgery) within two weeks of study or other serious concomitant disorders that in the opinion of the investigator would compromise the safety of the patient or compromise the patients ability to complete the study
Serious concomitant systemic disorders (including active infections) that would compromise the safety of the patient or compromise the patients ability to complete the study, at the discretion of the investigator
Serious concomitant systemic disorders (including active infections or chronic infection requiring suppressive antibiotics) that would compromise the safety of the patient or compromise the patients ability to complete the study, at the discretion of the investigator
Concurrent severe or uncontrolled medical disease (i.e., active systemic infection, diabetes, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure) that, in the opinion of the investigator, would compromise the safety of the patient or compromise the ability of the patient to complete the study
Serious concomitant systemic disorders (including active infections) that would compromise the safety of the patient or compromise the patients ability to complete the study, at the discretion of the investigator, including active autoimmune disease requiring treatment within the past  days
Serious concomitant systemic disorders (for example, active infection or abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) indicative of cardiac disease) that, in the opinion of the investigator, would compromise the safety of the patient and his/her ability to complete the study
Serious concomitant systemic disorders (including active infections) that would compromise the safety of the patient or compromise the patients ability to complete the study, at the discretion of the investigator; this includes scleroderma
