History of ventricular arrhythmia requiring medication
Unstable ventricular arrhythmia requiring treatment
History of myocardial infarction, stroke, ventricular arrhythmia, or symptomatic conduction abnormality within  months
History of stroke, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, or ventricular arrhythmia requiring medication or mechanical control within the last  months
Subjects with a history of class III or IV congestive heart failure or non-ischemic cardiomyopathy, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, or ventricular arrhythmia requiring medication or mechanical control within the previous  months
History of stroke, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, or ventricular arrhythmia requiring medication or mechanical control within the last  months;
History of stroke, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, or ventricular arrhythmia requiring medication or mechanical control within the last  months
History of stroke, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, or ventricular arrhythmia requiring medication or mechanical control within the last  months prior to first dose of study drug
History of stroke, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, or ventricular arrhythmia requiring medication or mechanical control within the last  months
Current unstable ventricular arrhythmia requiring treatment
Active ventricular arrhythmia requiring medication
