Patients who have congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association [NYHA] class III or IV), sustained ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, clinically significant bradycardia, advanced heart block within the six months preceding enrollment
Have New York Heart Association (NYHA) Class III or IV heart failure, unstable angina, or a history of recent (within months) myocardial infarction or sustained (> seconds) ventricular tachyarrhythmias
Subjects must not have New York Heart Association (NYHA) class III or IV heart failure, unstable angina, or a history of recent (within months) myocardial infarction or sustained (> seconds) ventricular tachyarrhythmias
Patients who have congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association [NYHA] class III or IV), unstable angina, sustained ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, clinically significant bradycardia, advanced heart block or a history of acute myocardial infarction within the six months preceding enrollment
Patients who have congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association [NYHA] class III or IV), unstable angina, sustained ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, clinically significant bradycardia, advanced heart block or a history of acute myocardial infarction (MI) within months of study registration
Patients who have a history of: congestive heart failure, unstable angina, sustained ventricular tachycardia, clinically significant bradycardia, advanced heart block, acute MI less than one year prior to study entry, or clinically significant impairment in cardiovascular function.
Patients with New York Heart Association (NYHA) class III and IV heart failure, myocardial infarction in the preceding months, and conduction abnormalities, including but not limited to atrial fibrillation, atrioventricular (AV) block, QT prolongation, sick sinus syndrome, ventricular tachycardia
