Patients must have at screening a standard -lead electrocardiogram (ECG) with mean values that meet the following parameters:\r\n* Fridericia's correction QT (QtcF) interval at screening < msec (using Fridericias correction)\r\n* Resting heart rate of - beats per minute (bpm)

Cardiac Function: Fridericia's correction formula (QTcF) < milliseconds (Fridericia correction), and ejection fraction (EF) >= %
Corrected QT interval (QTc) < msec (as calculated by the Fridericia correction formula [QTcF]).

COHORT : HORMONE RECEPTOR POSITIVE BREAST CANCER: Patients with a mean Fridericia's correction formula (QTcF) interval of > msec or receiving therapeutic agents known to prolong the QT interval

Patients must not have corrected QT (QTc)F (Fridericia Correction Formula) > on out of electrocardiograms (EKGs) (if first EKG is =< , no need to repeat, if first EKG is > repeat twice for a total of EKGs)
Pre-treatment Fridericia's correction formula (QTcF) > msecs
Have chronic atrial fibrillation or QTc of greater than msec, as calculated by Bazett's correction formula.

A history of clinically significant electrocardiography (EKG) abnormalities, including QT prolongation (QT interval by Fridericia's correction formula [QTcF] > ms), a family history of prolonged QT interval syndrome, or myocardial infarction (MI) within months of study entry; patients with rate-controlled atrial fibrillation/flutter will be allowed on study
