Prior major surgery or fracture within  weeks prior to randomization or presence of any non-healing wound.
Subject has had at least  weeks of postoperative recovery from surgery prior to enrollment to ensure complete wound healing
Have had major surgery within  days prior to initiation of study drug to allow for postoperative healing of the surgical wound and site(s).
