Patients currently being treated for severe infections or who are recovering from major surgery or other intercurrent illnesses are ineligible until recovery is deemed complete by the investigator
. Major surgery within  weeks prior to first dose of TAB or still recovering from prior surgery;
Subject who has undergone a major surgical procedure (as defined by the Investigator) within  days prior to the first dose of KHK or is still recovering from prior surgery;
Subjects with clinically significant cardiovascular disease, history of organ transplant or allogeneic bone marrow transplant, active known or history of autoimmune disease that might recur or major surgery within  days prior to the first dose or still recovering from prior surgery.
