Significant intercurrent illness that will limit the patient's ability to participate in the study

Participant has uncontrolled inter-current illness, including but not limited to poorly controlled hypertension, other cardiovascular disease, or diabetes, ongoing or active infection, or psychiatric illness/social situation that would limit compliance with study requirements or confound study results
Patients with severe psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements in the judgment of study investigator
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection, diabetes mellitus, seizure disorder or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements.
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled psychiatric illness or social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements would exclude the participant

Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including
History or evidence of any clinically significant disorder, condition, or disease that, in the opinion of the investigator or medical monitor would pose a risk to the subject's safety or interfere with the study evaluations, procedures, or completion. Examples include intercurrent illness such as active uncontrolled infection, active or chronic bleeding event within 28 days of baseline, uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmia, or psychiatric illness/social situation that would limit compliance with study requirements.
Subjects must have no uncontrolled intercurrent illness
Known intercurrent illness or psychiatric illness/social situations that will limit compliance with study requirements
Any uncontrollable intercurrent illness, infection, or other conditions that could limit study compliance or interfere with assessments.
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection, metabolic disorders or other nonmalignant organ or systemic disease or secondary effects of cancer that induce a high medical risk and make assessment of survival uncertain, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Must not have a psychiatric illness, other significant medical illness, or social situation which, in the investigator’s opinion, would limit compliance or ability to comply with study requirements
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, the following: ongoing or active infection; history of significant bleeding disorder, including congenital (von Willebrand’s disease) or acquired (anti-factor VIII antibodies) disorders; large pleural effusions; or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Psychiatric illness or social situation that would limit the patient's ability to tolerate and/or comply with study requirements.
Intercurrent illness that is not controlled such as active infection, psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness, including, but not limited to, ongoing active infection or psychiatric illness or social situation that, in the judgment of the treating physician, would limit compliance with study requirements
Other uncontrolled or poorly controlled intercurrent illness (e.g., involving the renal, hepatic, neurologic, dermatologic, pulmonary, endocrine systems) or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements, place the subject at undue risk or confound interpretation of safety or other data.
Has an uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, uncontrolled infection, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements.

Patients who have an uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to any of the following, are not eligible:\r\n* Hypertension (defined as 160/90 mmHg for 3 consecutive readings 2-5 mins apart) that is not controlled on medication\r\n* Symptomatic congestive heart failure\r\n* Unstable angina pectoris\r\n* Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements\r\n* Any other illness or condition that the treating investigator feels would interfere with study compliance or would compromise the patient’s safety or study endpoints
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements including returning for scans, taking oral medication, home monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate, recording side effects in a self-report diary, or becoming pregnant while on study drug
Uncontrolled concurrent illness that would limit compliance with study requirements, including any of the following, but limited to:\r\n* Uncontrolled infection\r\n* Psychiatric illness/social situations
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including but not limited to uncontrolled infection, disseminated intravascular coagulation, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to:
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, active uncontrolled infection, known positive for active infectious hepatitis, type A, B or C (past infection allowed), or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements; Note: ongoing infection controlled on antibiotics/antifungal/antiviral medications are allowed
Any condition for which participation in the study is judged by the Investigator to be detrimental to the patient with inter-current illness or psychiatric/social situations that would jeopardize compliance with study requirements
Psychiatric illness or social situation that would limit compliance with study requirements
History of intercurrent illness (cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, etc.) or laboratory abnormality that, in the investigator’s opinion would increase the risk of participating in the study or limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including but not limited to active infection or psychiatric illness/social situations that would compromise compliance with study requirements
Other serious intercurrent illness
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to uncontrolled infection, unexplained fever > 38.5 degree celsius (C) (101.3 degree Fahrenheit [F]) or psychiatric illness/social situation that would limit compliance with study requirements
Social situations or circumstances that would limit compliance with study requirements
Patients who have an uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to any of the following, are not eligible:\r\n* Hypertension that is not controlled on medication\r\n* Ongoing or active infection requiring systemic treatment\r\n* Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements\r\n* Any other illness or condition that the treating investigator feels would interfere with study compliance or would compromise the patient’s safety or study endpoints\r\n* Active alcohol use, drug use, or a psychiatric disease that would, in the opinion of the PI or a sub-investigator (sub-I), prevent the subject from complying with the study protocol and/or endanger the subject during their participation in the study
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Intercurrent illness that would substantially increase the risk of treatment associated complications (e.g., active infection, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or hypertension) and/or psychiatric illness/social situations that would interfere with the patient's ability to comply with the treatment regimen
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit consenting and compliance with study requirements
Concurrent severe uncontrolled illness not related to cancer and social situation that would limit compliance with study requirements, including but not limited to:
Psychiatric illness or social situation that would limit the patient’s ability to tolerate and/or comply with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements; patients with a baseline left ventricular ejection fraction of < 40% will be ineligible
Severe, intercurrent illness including, but not limited to unstable systemic disease, including ongoing or active infection, uncontrolled hypertension, serious cardiac arrhythmia requiring medication, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including but not limited to psychiatric illness/social situations that in the opinion of the Investigator would compromise compliance of study requirements or put the patient at unacceptable risk.

Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, active uncontrolled infection, known positive for active infectious hepatitis, type A, B or C (past infection allowed), or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements; Note: ongoing infection controlled on antibiotics/antifungal/antiviral medications are allowed
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Patients with dementia/psychiatric illness/social situations limiting compliance with study requirements or understanding and/or giving of informed consent are not eligible
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements

Uncontrolled intercurrent illness
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection, psychiatric illness or social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements

Psychiatric illness, substance abuse, and/or social situation that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness as determined by their treating physician which would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection, uncontrolled ongoing cardiac dysrhythmias of ? grade 2, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including infections and psychiatric illness/social situations that may limit compliance with protocol requirements or the evaluation of study drugs.
Uncontrolled current illness including, but not limited to, uncontrolled infection, need for hemodialysis, need for ventilatory support, psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
As judged by the investigator, severe uncontrolled concurrent medical conditions, psychiatric illness or social condition that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
No uncontrolled intercurrent illness or infection
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection, uncontrolled seizure disorder, chronic underlying liver disease unrelated to cancer, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Psychiatric illness or social situation that would limit the patient's ability to comply with study requirements
Uncontrolled inter-current illness that would limit compliance with study requirements; this will be per the discretion of the treating physician and/or principal investigator (PI)
Patients with uncontrolled undercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Patients with psychiatric illness and/or social situations that would limit compliance with the study medication and requirements
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Patients with psychiatric/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements are not eligible
Patients who have serious uncontrolled inter-current medical illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection requiring intravenous (IV) antibiotics and psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements, or disorders associated with significant immunocompromised state (human immunodeficiency virus [HIV], systemic lupus erythematosus [SLE], etc.)
Patients with psychiatric illness and/or social situations that would limit compliance with the study medication and requirements
Uncontrolled, symptomatic, intercurrent illness including but not limited to infection, psychiatric illness, or social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements or in the opinion of the treating investigator would pose an unacceptable risk to the subject
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to ongoing or active infection, chronic liver disease (e.g., cirrhosis, hepatitis), chronic renal disease, pancreatitis, chronic pulmonary disease, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements; subjects must be free of any clinically relevant disease (other than glioma) that would, in the treating investigator’s opinion, interfere with the conduct of the study or study evaluations
Patients with psychiatric illness or social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Subject has psychiatric illness or social situations that would preclude study compliance.
History of uncontrolled intercurrent illness:
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements or compromise the ability of the subject to give written informed consent
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to ongoing or active infection, ventricular arrhythmia, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit study compliance
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness that would limit compliance with study requirements.
Uncontrolled undercurrent illness including but not limited to unstable angina pectoris or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements; subjects with active infection are permitted to enroll provided that the infection is documented to be under control
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection
Presence of dementia, psychiatric illness, and/or social situations limiting compliance with study requirements or understanding and/or giving of informed consent
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements;
Patients who have an uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to any of the following, are not eligible:\r\n* Active uncontrolled infection\r\n* Serious illness or concomitant non-oncological disease such as neurologic, psychiatric, infectious disease or active ulcers (gastrointestinal tract, skin) or laboratory abnormality that may increase the risk associated with study participation or study drug administration and in the judgment of the investigator would make the patient inappropriate for entry into the study\r\n* Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements\r\n* Any other illness or condition that the treating investigator feels would interfere with study compliance or would compromise the patient’s safety or study endpoints
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection requiring parenteral anti-bacterial, anti-viral, or anti-fungal therapy =< 7 days prior to administration of study medication; immunosuppression; autoimmune conditions; underlying pulmonary disease; or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Any condition for which participation in the study is judged by the investigator to be detrimental to the patient with inter-current illness or psychiatric/social situations that would jeopardize compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled inter-current illness, including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection requiring systemic treatment, current or history of prior radiation induced pneumonitis, interstitial lung disease, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirement or compromise the ability of the subject to give written informed consent
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness, including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection, uncontrolled hypertension, interstitial lung disease, serious chronic gastrointestinal conditions associated with diarrhea, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirement, substantially increase risk of incurring adverse events, or compromise the ability of the patient to give written informed consent.
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
As judged by the investigator, severe uncontrolled concurrent medical conditions, psychiatric illness or social condition that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, bowel obstruction, uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmia, active peptic ulcer disease or gastritis, active bleeding diatheses including any subject known to have evidence of acute or chronic hepatitis B, hepatitis C or human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), tuberculosis, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements or compromise the ability of the subject to give written informed consent, or undergo study procedures
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to ongoing or active infection, chronic liver disease (e.g., cirrhosis, hepatitis), chronic renal disease, pancreatitis, chronic pulmonary disease, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements; subjects must be free of any clinically relevant disease (other than glioma) that would, in the treating investigator’s opinion, interfere with the conduct of the study or study evaluations
Patients who have an uncontrolled current illness including, but not limited to any of the following, are not eligible:\r\n* Uncontrolled pulmonary, renal, or hepatic dysfunction\r\n* Ongoing or active infection requiring systemic treatment including hepatitis B and hepatitis C\r\n* Known active or chronic viral hepatitis or human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)\r\n* Psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements\r\n* Clinically significant gastrointestinal disease or digestive dysfunction compromising absorption of veliparib\r\n* Any other illness or condition that the treating investigator feels would interfere with study compliance or would compromise the patient’s safety or study endpoints
Medical or psychiatric illness which would compromise the patient's ability to tolerate treatment or limit compliance with study requirements
Patients with uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements, are ineligible
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including but not limited to psychiatric illness/social situations that, in the opinion of the Investigator, would compromise compliance of study requirements or put the patient at unacceptable risk.
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to active liver disease, or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, uncontrolled infection, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Any condition for which participation in the study is judged by the Investigator to be detrimental to the patient with inter-current illness including, but not limited to an uncontrolled active infection; unstable angina pectoris; uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmia; transient ischemic attack or pulmonary embolism during the previous 1 month or psychiatric/social situations that would jeopardize compliance with study requirements.

Individuals with severe underlying chronic illness, such as uncontrolled diabetes; ongoing or active infection, psychiatric illness or social situations which in the opinion of the investigator would interfere with study participation
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to, ongoing or active infection or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would interfere with compliance with study requirements
Patients with uncontrolled inter-current illness or psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
Uncontrolled intercurrent illness that, in the opinion of the investigator, would limit the participant’s compliance with study requirements
OVARIAN CANCER PARTICIPANTS: Patients with serious uncontrolled concurrent medical illness that would limit compliance with study requirements
BREAST CANCER PARTICIPANTS: Patients with serious uncontrolled concurrent medical illness that would limit compliance with study requirements
Presence of serious systemic illness, including: uncontrolled inter-current infection, uncontrolled malignancy, significant renal disease, or psychiatric/social situations, which might limit compliance with study requirements
Psychiatric illness/social situations that would compromise patient safety or limit compliance with study requirements
Patients who have uncontrolled intercurrent illness including, but not limited to psychiatric illness/social situations that would limit compliance with study requirements
No requirements due to co-morbid disease or intercurrent illness, as needed
