Any other previous malignancy is allowed providing that the tumor was curatively resected and there is no evidence of recurrence within 12 months prior to enrolment to the study. In addition, adequately treated in-situ carcinoma of the cervix, uteri, or non-melanonatous skin cancer are allowed provided that all treatment was completed 6 months prior to enrollment. A patient with a history of a previous malignancy is eligible for this study as long as the patient meets the following criteria for a cancer survivor; a cancer survivor is eligible provided that the following criteria are met: \r\n* The patient has undergone potentially curative therapy for all prior malignancies; \r\n* There has been no evidence of any prior malignancies for at least five years with no evidence of recurrence (except for effectively treated basal cell or squamous carcinoma of the skin, carcinoma in-situ of the cervix that has been effectively treated by surgery alone, or lobular carcinoma in-situ of the ipsilateral or contralateral breast treated by surgery alone); and \r\n* The patient is deemed by their treating physician to be at low risk for recurrence from prior malignancies Curatively treated in situ disease Malignancies other than triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) within 5 years prior to randomization, with the exception of those with a negligible risk of metastasis or death and treated with expected curative outcome (such as adequately treated carcinoma in situ of the cervix or basal or squamous cell skin cancer) Prior malignancy that required treatment, or has shown evidence of recurrence (except for non-melanoma skin cancer or adequately treated cervical carcinoma in situ) during the 5 years prior to randomization.
