This project contains methods described in: S. Difrancesco et al., "Out-of-Home Activity Recognition from GPS Data in Schizophrenic Patients," 2016 IEEE 29th International Symposium on Computer-Based Medical Systems (CBMS), Dublin, 2016, pp. 324-328, doi: 10.1109/CBMS.2016.54.

In this repository there are 3 folders:
(1) RScripts: methods implemented with the software R
(2) GPS_data: GPS data to try out the methods
(3) Files: it contains the 'ontology' of activities described in S. Difrancesco et al.
