ar_filter.py isolates the subset of individuals whose growth curve pass the age of 5.

ar_calc.py calculates the adiposity rebound for these individuals, using the methodology detailed in the wiki here.

ar_correlate.py performs the linear regression of final BMI percentile on age at adiposity rebound. The results of this analysis are detailed in the wiki here.
