This is the implementation of "Identifying Genetic Risk Factors for Alzheimer's Disease via Shared Tree-guided Feature Learning across Multiple Tasks".

In this code, we can generate the synthetic dataset,and run the model STM with the screening method HFS.

Usage

Just execute run.m
