RandomMatrixDiscriminant

Random matrix discriminant for bioactivity prediction.

Installation

Matlab is needed to run this script. This script has been tested on Matlab R2015b.

Usage

RMD.m is the main function. The script returns the AUC given training and test set of decoys and actives compounds. Each compound is represented as a vector of real numbers.
