** EXAMPLE FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS FOR LAXITY TESTING **
Abaqus Version: 6.13-1
Specimen: DU01
Condition: Intact/Healthy
Main input file for job execution: 0flex_anterior_laxity_load.inp
Description:
The example analysis simulates an anterior laxity test at 0 degrees flexion.
The first step settles the model into contact and positions the geometry into the desired flexion angle.
The second step maintains the flexion position and applies the anterior load profile from the experiment.
Amplitude cards contain experimental load and excursions (amps_0flex_anterior.inp) and initial joint position (amps_0settling_step.inp).
Model outputs include joint loads and displacements for comparison/calibration to the experiment.
