Arthritis Profile Dataset

Arthritis Profile data was collected for one year at Sri Easwari Computerized Lab, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, India, from February 2021 to February 2022. Demographic data like age and gender, as well as Arthritis Profile I, II, and III investigations, were collected from the lab for the autoimmune arthritis disease study.

Arthritis Profile I investigation includes Blood for the total count, Differential count (P, L, E), ESR, Haemoglobin, RBC count, Abs, Platelet Count, Packed Cell Volume, MCV, MCH, and MCHC. The nephelometry method was used to collect data for the Arthritis Profile II investigation, such as ASO, RA Factor, and CRP. In addition, RBS, Blood Urea, Creatinine (serum), Calcium (serum), and Uric Acid (serum) are all tested as part of the Arthritis Profile III investigation.
