About Dataset

Data set was aggregated to be used to train a cyclegan model in image to image translation and to translate CT scans to estimated higher detail MRI scans.

Contains CT and MRI scans of brain cross sections gathered from listed sources and split into train and test sub folders for domain A and B. Organised into a directory structure to be loaded for use in a cyclegan implementation for image to image translation.
