Instructions for running the website locally

1. Install Hugo. For instructions, see: https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/releases/tag/v0.74.3
2. Clone the website repository
3. Run hugo server at the command line to build the website and serve the pages;
4. View the website at: http://127.0.0.1:1313

Note on deploying the website

Automatic builds have not yet been implemented.
