Summary |
Restenosis after angioplasty or stent is a major clinical problem. While long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are implicated in a variety of diseases, their role in restenosis is not well understood. This study aims to investigate how dysregulated lncRNAs and mRNAs contribute to restenosis.

Overall design |
The differentially expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs between 3 sham control carotid arteries and 3 balloon-injuried carotid arteries(14days) were examined using Arraystar Rat LncRNA microarray v2.0 system.
