Description

These two CyTOF datasets are a part of the manuscript by M. Baretti "Entinostat in combination with nivolumab in metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma: a phase 2 clinical trial" accepted in Nature Communications.

The datasets contain FCS files of PBMC samples from patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who were treated with entinostat and nivolumab. PBMC samples were analyzed using both myeloid- and lymphoid-oriented panels.
