About Dataset

This Dataset was created from the 3Dircadb Dataset for abdominal CT Scan images, This Dataset went through a Liver isolation process, where the Liver is isolated from the other abdominal structures, and the independent masks for Tumors and Veins, were combined to create a single mask of Veins in white and Tumors in gray, giving priority for tumors to be on Top.
This Dataset is suitable for Tumors and Veins Segmentation from a segmented Liver.
