+## About Dataset
+The King Abdulaziz University Hospital Capsule (KAUHC) dataset is a novel collection of annotated Wireless Capsule Endoscopy (WCE) images specifically curated for Saudi Arabian residents. This dataset aims to address the scarcity of annotated endoscopic imaging resources in the Middle East and advance the development of diagnostic tools for Machine Learning (ML) applications in small-bowel abnormalities. KAUHC comprises 3301 labeled frames, classified into Normal, Arteriovenous Malformations, and Ulcer categories, extracted from 86 WCE studies (out of an initial 10.7 million frames from 157 studies after applying inclusion/exclusion criteria). The data was collected using OMOM capsules and recording devices, with subsequent evaluation and annotation by multiple gastroenterologists. This dataset is intended to support research in gastrointestinal diseases and the development of ML-based diagnostic tools.
