About Dataset

A sample dataset of 100 images extracted from "EchoNet-Dynamic Cardiac Ultrasound | Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine Imaging" from Stanford University; the original dataset id available here: https://aimi.stanford.edu/echonet-dynamic-cardiac-ultrasound

In our case, the four chambers (left ventricular, right ventricular, left atrium, and right atrium) were segmented by medical experts. The corresponding segmentations to each image are contained in the "MasksJsonContours" folder.
