The dataset is extracted from LUNA dataset. The directory description is as follows:

Images: Unhealthy slices that correspond to some mask. (these are positives that include masks for lung/nodules as well)
Negatives: Healthy slices
Positives: Unhelathy slices without masks
Masks : Nodule Masks for the Images
Lung Masks Positive : Lung Masks for the Images
Lung Masks Negative : Lung Masks for the Negatives Images

Note

The positives directory can be ignored. The images directory can be used instead.
