+<td style="text-align: justify">Archival fresh-frozen samples of SCC-MT were obtained from the National Cancer Center Biobank and Nagoya University. We prepared four slices from three patients with SCC-MT. Spatial transcriptomics was performed using the Visium Spatial Gene Expression Reagent Kits (10x Genomics) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.<br></td>
