Cervical cancer is caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). HPV-16 in particular accounts for the majority of cases. Among them, E6 and E7 genes are expressed in many cases.
We generated Dual RNA-Seq data from 37 cervical cancer patients.
Dual RNA-Seq allows simultaneous measurement of host (human) and guest (HPV-16) mRNA expression.
Let’s use machine learning to identify the host genes involved in HPV-16 especially E6 and E7 genes.
