Title |
RNA seq in sensitive A2780 epithelial ovarian cancer cell with FLYCHW1 knockdown and resistant cells with FLYWCH1 overexpression. |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
RNAseq in sensitive A2780 cells with shRNA induced knockdown of FLYWCH1 and resistant A2780cis cells with induced overexpression of FLYWCH1.

Overall design |
For FLYWCH1 KD RNAseq, cells were transduced with control shRNAs and shRNAs targeting FLYWCH1. Treatment with 1 µM cPt was started 7 days after knockdown induction. After completion of the experiment (week 7) cells were sorted for shRNA expressing cells. For FLYWCH1 overexpression RNAseq, cells were transduced with constructs for the overexpression of 3xFLAG or FLYWCH1-3xFLAG. After seven days of overexpression induction, cells were sorted for 3xFLAG/FLYWCH1-3xFLAG expressing cells. RNAseq was performed for all samples.
